Bond for Osvaldo Collazo, 47, of the 1100 block of east Greenbriar Lane, was set at $300,000 in Rolling Meadows branch court on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, Assistant State’s Atty. Leslie Gool said.
Police stopped Collazo Wednesday evening in the 700 block of West Dundee Road after his car was seen weaving in traffic, Gool said. Collazo told officers he had had been drinking beer and a breath test showed his blood alcohol level at .213, nearly three times the legal limit, she said.
